I have a long relationship with ShopBot and really like the team.
One of my favorite characters there is Bill Young.
Here’s a video he did for mask “ear savers”.

Imagine:
- 4x8 sheets of .02 and .05 polystyrene
- giant vacuum bed to hold it down
- down-spiral 1/16" end mill
- pressure foot fixture
He cranks out 450 ear savers every 2.5 hours.
In just a few days he’s produced 5,000 of these things.
