I ordered an Ortur Lasermaster2 20w. Got it all assembled, but it seems to not be doing anything. I opened a ticket on the Ortur site, but they are taking forever to help or answer any questions. Does anyone know who I should contact about this that will actually help or can anyone here help me figure this out? Thanks in advance.
