Posted this video to YouTube. Large end grain cutting board (unfinished and awaiting final glue up) is doing something weird depending on the angle you view it at. Comments appreciated.

It’ll go away with finer sanding. You have fluffy open end grain that is laid over one way on one side and the other way on the other side. You see the same effect on grass depending on which way you run over it with the lawn mower.
When you sand it much finer it’ll be more closed and straight on end.
